Glad they seem to be applying some common sense and putting the Big 10-PAC 12 champs together in the Fiesta. I think strictly speaking Ohio State had to go to the Orange.

Guess it's the Cotton now because Ohio State has been to the Fiesta twice in a row, so Ohio State-USC in Cotton, Penn State-Washington(LOL) in the Fiesta

God the bowl selection process is idiotic. Florida Atlantic has to play Temple?? Toledo vs App St? Troy vs North Texas?? how about we get an actual good game between some of these Go5 champions. Toledo vs Troy would be genuinely interesting but instead we get this nonsense.

Worse, Temple opted to not play a true road game and switched to St. Petersburg. Florida Atlantic gets Akron now.

I would actually say that's an improvement. Also lol what is going on?? The Arizona Bowl thought they had Utah St and New Mexico St...now they don't? Teams getting shuffled around after match-ups were announced. What a s***show.

They do have that one back. Still trying to figure out the New Mexico Bowl. Should be a PAC bowl, but UCLA and Utah went outside the conference's bowls, so there's no PAC team left for there? Not entirely understanding that one.

Wikipedia says its affiliations are Mountain West and Conference USA. So I'm guessing they'll get San Diego St since the Frisco Bowl didn't take them.

Hmmm, didn't know we gave that one up. Guess I need to brush up on this stuff. Colorado State has to go somewhere too because they're 7-5 so they must be playing Army.

Right. So either San Diego St or Colorado St to the Armed Forces Bowl vs Army. Whoever didn't get picked to the New Mexico Bowl vs Marshall/UTSA.

other way around, SDSU-Army and CSU-Marshall so everything is set now.

Not getting the UTSA thing though.

I guess the phrasing of the rule says that you have to take the 7 wins teams before the 6-6, but it doesn't phrase it as winning teams, so 6-5 teams are treated like 6-6 it seems.

Big Ten and SEC champs cannot go to the Orange unless it is a semifinal.
