SEC - Georgia, Alabama, and Auburn all control their own destiny. Auburn also wins any tie at 6-2 in the West against Alabama, LSU, and/or MSU.

ACC - Clemson, Miami, and... Virginia all control their own destiny
If Clemson falters against FSU, NC State has an opening but must defeat BC, Wake Forest, UNC, and, likely, Miami.

Pac-12 - Washington, WSU, and USC control their destiny. Stanford can too if WSU drops another game. Arizona and ASU could win the conference if they win out, but USC must drop its games against both Colorado and UCLA.

The Big 12 - Oklahoma and TCU meet this week and control their own destiny... but we must remember that the top TWO teams make the CCG. There can be ties between 4 and 7 teams from 7-2 all the way down to 5-4... and that is just for 1st place. To determine 2nd place, records against teams further down the standings must be computed. It is a mess. The only thing else we can say definitively (I think) is that WVU controls their own destiny IF Oklahoma falls this week to TCU.

Big Ten - Wisconsin, Ohio State, and Michigan State control their destiny.

Long shots? Yes. In the West, if Wisconsin loses out, N'western has a shot, if N'western loses once more, Iowa has a shot, and if Iowa also loses once more, Wisconsin takes the division by default. In the East, the MSU-OSU winner would win any multiple team ties. Therefore Penn State and Michigan would need OSU and MSU to both lose 2 more games; well, Michigan would need Ohio State to lose only once (to them) and Penn State to also drop a game.

Oh and Rutgers. They have a chance to defeat Penn State and Michigan State and... my simulation gave them a division title once in 10,000 tries. I didn't work it out exactly but I'm saying there's a chance.
